About CollectibleBots

We're an independent review and comparison site for retail automation bots, built by collectors and resellers, for collectors and resellers.

Who We Are

CollectibleBots is run by a team of active Pokemon TCG collectors and retail resellers who have used automation bots extensively across US, UK, and EU markets. We built this site because we found existing bot comparison resources to be either outdated, biased toward specific vendors, or focused entirely on sneaker botting, leaving the collectibles and trading card community underserved.

We have first-hand experience running automation tools across Pokemon Center, GameStop, Target, Walmart, Amazon, and specialist UK trading card retailers including Chaos Cards and Magic Madhouse. Our reviews are based on real drop testing, not marketing copy. We test on both Windows and macOS hardware, across US and UK region accounts, and track outcomes over multiple drop events before publishing scores.

We are not affiliated with, employed by, or funded by any of the bot developers we review. Our editorial positions are independent. Some links on our site are affiliate links, see our Affiliate Disclosure for full details on how this works and how it does not affect our rankings.

Our Scoring Methodology

Every bot we review is evaluated across six independently scored criteria. No single criterion dominates, we weight them to reflect what matters most to real users targeting Pokemon TCG and collectibles drops.

01
Site Coverage , 20% weight
How many retailers and stores the bot supports. We assess quality of module coverage, a bot with 5 excellent modules can outscore one with 50 mediocre ones. We prioritise Pokemon Center, GameStop, Target, Walmart, Amazon, and key UK TCG retailers.
02
Regional Reach , 20% weight
Whether the bot supports US, UK, EU, and Canada. We evaluate coverage across all major regions where Pokemon TCG products drop simultaneously.
03
Features , 20% weight
Technical capabilities: anti-detection quality, speed, task management, scheduled tasks, 2FA handling, Discord webhooks, and queue bypass support.
04
Value for Money , 15% weight
Price relative to what you get. We compare monthly cost, entry requirements, and whether the bot's coverage justifies its subscription tier.
05
Ease of Use , 15% weight
Onboarding experience, UI clarity, task setup speed, and how approachable the bot is for users who aren't deeply technical.
06
Support Quality , 10% weight
Responsiveness and quality of Discord support. Speed of module updates after retailer changes. Community activity and documentation quality.

How We Test

We test each bot over a minimum of 30 days before publishing a review. This spans multiple live Pokemon TCG drop events, covering at least two of each bot's core supported retailers. We measure: whether the bot successfully detects product availability within 5 seconds of stock appearing, checkout completion rate across test sessions, how well the bot handles anti-bot countermeasures (CAPTCHAs, QueueIT, 2FA), and support response time to submitted queries. Where publicly available, we cross-reference our results against the bot's published checkout statistics.

We do not accept paid placements or sponsored positions in our rankings. A bot cannot buy a higher score. We re-evaluate bots periodically as new versions are released or retailer support changes.

Rankings reflect our honest assessment as of the last update date shown in the site header. The bot automation space changes quickly, we aim to update key pages within 30 days of significant changes to any reviewed product.
